Spectators are non-member (AKA non-board member) observers who can join the Zoom Meeting as participants. Currently this is only available for clients in the Florida region, but if it is required for your meeting let us know at [email protected].

✅ Spectators can
- Participate in Zoom polls
- Participate in Chat (Can be disabled by you, the Host)
- Turn on their microphone and camera (Can be disabled by you, the Host)
- See and hear panellists and view anything displayed via shared screens
🛑 Spectators cannot
- Participate in voting (Only those invited via Members AKA Board Members can do so)
- Have access to Member information, meeting documents and private documents
