There are two types of documents you can access, upload, and share: Meeting Documents and Private Documents.
Meeting Documents are files that you can upload and can be seen by all invited board members through their Meeting Portals before, during, and after the meeting.
Private Documents are only accessible to you, the meeting manager.
Important files such as attendance logs and Zoom Webinar recordings (if enabled) will be uploaded to Private Documents automatically after the meeting. You can also choose to upload documents for your own reference.
