Providing Your Owners List to GetQuroum

What information is required?

The following list of information must be included in your owners list. If your list includes other information that is not required by GetQuorum, that is OK! We will clean the data to more closely match our format.

• Unit Numbers
• Owner Names
• Owner Email Addresses
• Owner Mailing Addresses (Required only if GetQuorum is handling your campaign’s printing and mailing.)
• Indications of which owners occupy their unit or live offsite (if the owner occupied seat is up for election)

What format can I submit my data in?

The GetQuorum Platform can only accept data in Excel format. An example of this format can be seen in the screenshot below:

Please submit your data in a similar excel format as pictured above.

List of Common Incompatible Data Formats:

Please do not submit your Data in the following formats, as they are incompatible with the GetQuorum Platform:

• PDFs of the Owner Data
• Mailing Labels, either in Word or Excel
• Word Documents with Inlaid Tables
